As I have previuosly indicated on my general litigation review, I highly recommned an AV rating for Mr. Bustos. He is one of the finest lawyers I have worked with, and would not hesitate to have him handle a matter for one of my top clients or a family memeber.

I have worked with and against Mr. Bustos, and find that he meets all the qualifications and characteristics of an AV rating. I would highly recommend him for them same.

After talking to a few attorneys I decided to use Dustin since he thought a letter was all it would take to get the 22k that I was offered in a severance agreement after being wrongful terminated. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and his office took my case on as a contingency basis. During a very long year, Dustin always returned my calls when he was not readily available, responded to my email that needed responding to, a lot of them were FYI and he always met with me when I needed to discuss something with him. Trying to get my ex-employers discovery was like pulling teeth but Dustin fought until he got what he thought we needed to favorably settle my case. We ended up settling in mediation. I think Dustin is a great attorney and is very knowledgeable in law. I was very happy with the outcome of my case.

Mr. Bustos is a reputable and moral person. I have hired him a few times for various reasons. He was always very kind and kept me well informed on everything regarding each of my cases. He is knowledgeable and works hard to make sure his job is done correctly. He is well respected in his line of work and I would recommend him to anyone.

I am not quite sure if the previous reviewer actually knows this attorney, my experience has been nothing but the best. He consistently follows through on every issue presented to my nonprofit theatre and effectively stands for us in all legal matters. This lawyer is well spoken, well educated and up to date on his law knowledge base. I would and do happily refer him to friends and business associates.
