Ben Casey is a 2023 graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, where he graduated among the top of his class and distinguished himself by graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Ben served as Articles Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic, where he qualified to serve as a neutral third party under the Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code.

Also, while in law school, Ben clerked for a prominent personal injury firm and the Honorable D. Gordon Bryant, Jr., Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas. As a student, Ben had two scholarly articles selected for publication: Justice for the New Frontier: How the United Nations Creates a Space Court, 54.1 Georgetown Journal of International Law 115 (2023), and Project Basics and Renewed Considerations for Texas Nuclear Energy, 2 Texas Tech Journal of the Energy Law Practitioner 61 (2023).
