After talking to a few attorneys I decided to use Dustin since he thought a letter was all it would take to get the 22k that I was offered in a severance agreement after being wrongful terminated. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and his office took my case on as a contingency basis. During a very long year, Dustin always returned my calls when he was not readily available, responded to my email that needed responding to, a lot of them were FYI and he always met with me when I needed to discuss something with him. Trying to get my ex-employers discovery was like pulling teeth but Dustin fought until he got what he thought we needed to favorably settle my case. We ended up settling in mediation. I think Dustin is a great attorney and is very knowledgeable in law. I was very happy with the outcome of my case.
